Registration Forms must be returned to this office as soon as possible but no later than 2 weeks prior to beginning of the session. Your check will reserve your class seat. We can no longer accept telephone reservations followed up with a check. We have adopted this policy to be fair to all Locals

Register through NYSPFFA office with completed reservation form including:

          Names

          Local Number  

Reservations will NOT be entered into Book until payment is received

          Check:  Payable to NYSPFFA: $270.00 per person

          (Remainder of cost is subsidized by NYSPFFA)

 Your check will reserve your class seat we can no longer accept phone reservations followed up with a check. This program has gained in popularity and to be fair to all Locals we’ve adopted this new policy. 

CANCELLATIONS: If your reservations are cancelled early enough so that those members on standby can be notified in a timely manner, we will then refund the class fee. In all other cases we will have to keep the fee as another member was prohibited from taking the reserved seat

 

The Hotel cut-off dates for reservations:
Session 1: January 15, 2012

Session 2: January 29, 2012
We are requesting that you please make your reservation to the Statler Hotel at this time. This will enable us to coincide the number of participants for the classes as well as the number of hotel rooms that will be needed.

Locals will be allowed a maximum of three (3) people for the program. If there are vacancies after the cut-off date, they will be filled on a first come served basis.

Hotel Rates: All subject to all applicable sales and occupancy taxes

Session 1 - $142 per night single or double room plus tax

Session 2 - $147 per double  or  single room per night plus tax

Parking Rates: $12.00 per car / per night
