1^st District: Month of September 2014

2^nd District: Month of August 2014 Extended Through September 2014*

3^rd District: Month of October 2014

4^th District: Month of August 2014 Extended Through September 2014*

5^th District: Month of November 2014

Guaranteed issue up to $300,000 of term life insurance coverage for all of our active members.

*District 2 and 4 open enrollment period has been extended through September 2014, due to technically difficulties with the enrollment website.  Those members that signed up or made coverage increases in the month of August will have an effective date of 10/1/2014.  The members that signed up or made coverage increases in the month of September will have an effective date of 11/1/2014.
