The NYSPFFA regrets to inform you of the Line of Duty Death of Firefighter Robert (Bert) Mentrasti, Greenburgh, IAFF Local 1586. Our thoughts and prayers are with Bert's family and his Brothers and Sisters in Greenburgh. Bert was a great union leader and advocate, proud supporter of MDA. He was known and loved around the state and beyond. He will be greatly missed.
