We're proud to report that Governor Cuomo signed the Military Buyback Bill into law last night.
NYSPFFA and many other labor and veterans organizations fought extremely hard over the last several years to make this bill a reality. This is a tremendous victory for the brothers and sisters who have bravely served our country. We will reach out to our contacts at the New York State and Local Retirement System to determine how this program will be implemented and will report back with further details in the near future.
