It is with great disappointment that we inform you that Governor Andrew Cuomo has vetoed the Tier V Correction bill (Veto Message No. 280: Senate 5091 and Assembly 7822); and the Training bill for New York City Fire Officers (Veto Message No. 263: Senate 4650 and Assembly 6579).
