Congratulations to Ben McLaughlin, Rob Smith and Evan Vande Velde from the Jamestown Fire Dept for their award from the Chautauqua County EMS Council in lifesaving measures instituted during a cardiac arrest call in March 2017. Officers from the NYSPFFA and Members of Jamestown Professional Firefighters Local 1772 came to celebrate their accomplishments.
