The IAFF Conventions will be here before you know it. As a reminder, below are some important dates. With the reduction in the registration fee to $100, it is hoped that everyone will take this unprecedented opportunity to participate. All those registered for the convention will be able to virtually attended all meetings and just as important, vote on all matters, including ELECTIONS.\u00a0 If you are not able to attend, please consider proxying your vote to another local as the bylaws allow.<\/p>\n

Monday, December 7<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0All resolutions (except censure resolutions) must be received by the General Secretary-Treasurer via mail, email (preferred) by 5:00 p.m. EST (at least 50 days prior to Convention).<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Any resolution received after this deadline will be returned to sender.<\/p>\n

Tuesday, December 15<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The online process for proxies and alternate proxies must be completed by 5:00 p.m. EST.<\/p>\n

Saturday, January 23<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that online credentials be complete BEFORE the start of Convention.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sunday, January 24 and Monday January 25<\/strong><\/p>\n

Credential check-in and Convention registration begins<\/p>\n
