A large explosion in the neighborhood last week has left Mark's home severely compromised, and currently, a team of skilled engineers is meticulously inspecting the structural integrity of his house. The uncertainty looms large: whether it is safe for Mark and his family to repair their home, or if he must brace for the reality of losing his home altogether.
Today, Mark finds himself in an unprecedented situation. Four days after the explosion on Richards Ave affecting the DeGraw family home, Mark’s father, Nick, passed suddenly at his residence. Less than a week apart Mark went from dealing with the stress of a potential loss of his home and providing a safe place for his family to also dealing with the loss of his father.
