Subject: Urgent Appeal: Support Keri Alonzo in Her Battle Against Cancer

Dear Esteemed Members of the New York State Professional Firefighters Association (NYSPFFA),

I hope this letter finds you well. Today, I write to you with a heartfelt plea for support for one of our own: Keri Alonzo, the wife of a dedicated Captain within the Saratoga Springs Firefighters. Keri Alonzo is bravely facing the harrowing challenge of cancer, a battle that has not only taken a toll on her health but has also brought about significant financial strain. As she undergoes treatments, the costs of out-of-network medical expenses continue to mount, placing an immense burden on her family.

In times like these, it is crucial that we come together as a firefighting community to support our own. Keri's husband, Captain Jeff Alonzo has dedicated his life to serving and protecting our community, and now it is our turn to stand by his side and provide assistance when it is needed most.

Your generous donations will help alleviate the financial stress of cancer treatments, allowing Keri to focus on her health and well-being without the added worry of mounting medical bills. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of Keri and her family during this challenging time.

Please consider making a donation today to support Keri Alonzo in her fight against cancer. Your kindness and compassion will be deeply appreciated by the entire firefighting community.

We are encouraging donations to be made by check to an account we are using to help the Alonzo family.

Please make all checks payable to:

Saratoga Springs Firefighters Operations Account PO Box 559 Saratoga Springs, NY 12866

Thank you for your unwavering support and generosity.

With heartfelt gratitude,

Joe Brimhall
President of the Saratoga Springs Firefighters Local 343
